                               RESOLUTION NO. 19276
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE INTERIM
                   ADMINISTRATOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC
                   WORKS TO CONTRACT WITH EUGENE BOWMAN,
                   APPRAISER, TO APPRAISE TWO (2) TRACTS AND
                   REVISE FOUR (4) OF THE EXISTING TRACTS
                   RELATIVE TO HURRICANE CREEK ROAD REALIGNMENT
                   FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED ONE THOUSAND
                   EIGHT HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($1,800.00),
                   WHICH AMOUNT INCLUDES FOUR HUNDRED AND NO/100
                   DOLLARS ($400.00) FOR EACH NEW TRACT AND TWO
                   HUNDRED FIFTY AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($250.00)
                   FOR EACH REVISED TRACT.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Interim Administrator of the
       Department of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to 
contract
       with Eugene Bowman, Appraiser, to appraise two (2) tracts and
       revise four (4) of the existing tracts relative to Hurricane 
Creek
       Road Realignment for an amount not to exceed $1,800.00, which
       amount includes $400.00 for each new tract and $250.00 for each
       revised tract.
